Terra Natura Wildlife Park in Benidorm are organising a Halloween weekend extravaganza – with a zombie experience that will certainly haunt you! Similar to a murder mystery weekend, over 50 actors will dress up and engage unsuspecting participants – running through the park or rising from the dead! There will be tasks and goals set, with a plot to prevent a global apocalypse before the zombies invade.

I went to the press conference at the beginning of the week and sat in front of what I thought was a fellow reporter. All of a sudden she started coughing, quietly at first, getting louder then jumped out of her seat and threw herself onto the lady sitting next to her! Initially, somewhat startled, I thought she was having a fit then realized, looking at her made up ghoulish face, it was an example of what they had planned for the zombie weekend! They are planning both day and nighttime activities and offering various options.

A two night All Inclusive package for the nights of Fri 30 and Saturday 31 October, staying at the spectacular Magic Natura complex within the park will be €175 per person. You also have the option of staying for one night, which will be €120 or just taking part for the day activities, which will be €55. Day tickets are available at the park ticket office. It is definitely going to be a lot of fun – those of a nervous disposition perhaps stick with watching Freddy Krueger on A Nightmare on Elm Street from the safety of your sofa!
