Talent scouts from Britain’s most popular talent show, The X Factor are coming to Benidorm to conduct auditions for the next series, which will be broadcast on ITV this autumn. Who knows, even Simon Cowell may come incognito, lurking in the shadows!

This will be the 15th series of the show, which has created some of the biggest recording artists worldwide including One Direction, Little Mix – the first group to win the competition, Olly Murs and Leona Lewis.

The resort is famed for its incredible line up of talented entertainers and the word has spread to the bosses at Thames TV, who are sending out a team of 4 to track them down. Last year the team from 'Britain's Got Talent' came to the resort which caused much excitement here. Which of our entertainers would you like to see get through?

They will be here for three days and hosting open mic auditions on Friday, April 6 between 11am and 2pm at TIKI CITY on Calle Gerona - just turn up and on Saturday, April 7 between 10am – 4pm at ‘Voices’ in their newly relocated venue on Avenida Doctor Severo Ochoa (past Benidorm Palace). The auditions are open to anyone over the age of 14 and can be solo singers or groups, residents or holidaymakers – everyone is welcome. Who knows, maybe you are talented enough to get through to judges houses and get to perform in front of Simon Cowell or Louis Walsh!
